Level information is summarized from current Girl Scouts of the USA grade-level, activity, badge, and award resources. Troop-specific expectations may vary by activity and are communicated directly to families.

Accounts, families, Girl Scouts, activity details, and RSVPs are stored on the server. Multiple parent accounts can share one family, and each Girl Scout has her own RSVP.

Open any troop event to review the Girl Scout and adult RSVP roster. Event changes require Event Manager permission.
Future events
Open an event page to review its RSVP roster. Event Managers can also edit or delete activities.
Each activity has its own page
Review troop activities. Troop Leaders can see every event, including leadership-only activities.
Open the event page. Review who has RSVP’d and the Girl Scout/adult roster for that activity.
Management is permission-based. Creating or changing events requires Event Manager; other tools will use their own permissions.

Reopen completed activities to review event details. Event Managers can also update the activity and its photos.
